Management

Anna Hickey, President, has led our company since 2012. Anna took the reigns from previous family President and CEO, Stephen P. Smith, who served the family business for many years. Thus, continuing the legacy of family leadership. Through this leadership, Rodgers Vineyards has become a leading grape grower in the Napa Valley Oak Knoll District. Vineyard Manager, meticulously cultivates our vines to produce the exceptional wine grapes for which Rodgers Vineyards is renowned. Arturo Rubio brings his 25 years of experience on the Rodgers Oak Knoll District (OKD) ranch to ensure Anna’s objectives and sustainable farming goals are carried out on a day to day basis.

The family and the management is led by the Rodgers Vineyards Board of Directors. These people lead the family into the future while holding their rich history in their hearts. They are John M Rodgers, Don Rodgers and Rose Smith. All vineyard and property management is supported by the invaluable service of Rodgers Vineyards CFO, Tom Rodgers.
