6 Generations

Our ancestors came here in the early 1870’s with the dreams that shaped our present livelihood. Our ancestors opened schools, established Portuguese social groups, started multiple businesses, contributed to local politics and–most importantly–farmed. They farmed with their Catholic faith as a guide. In fact, the Rodgers family faith has been integrated into every aspect of our businesses over six generations from farming, raising cattle and running the dairy, to the bottling plant. Descended from these Napa, Solano and Sonoma pioneers from Portugal, we pride ourselves in our deep roots and the hard work of those who came before us.
